2. Why Chef & Butcher’s Meat is Safe ?
Raw meat at room temperature and Open Slaughtering Practice can bring large number of Salmonella Bacteria, which is responsible for food poisoning than any other pathogen. To prevent bacteria growth, all our meat products are processed on the completely automated processing plant and transported on the cold storage units. We carefully maintain the temperature of 4°C or colder to offer the best meat product for you and your family.
Important Note : When meat is stored in room temperature, it gives bacteria the opportunity to multiply; room temperature (between 40 and 140°F / 4.5 and 60°C) is an ideal condition for bacteria to grow.

We update our stock on daily basis and Good Time for Fish Purchase : 09.00 to 11.30 AM.

Sorry, we offer only Fresh Chicken, Goat meat and Fish in our outlets. We are not selling beef or pork in our outlets.
