How to make Fish Masala (Step by Step) ?

Ingredients : 
Fish Pieces – 8
Vegetable Oil – For Frying
Yogurt / Curd – 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) – 1
Onion (chopped)- 1
Salt to taste

Step 1 : Marinate Fish & Shallow Fry
Apply lemon juice and salt on pieces and keep them aside for 30 minutes. After that shallow fry the pieces in oil till colour turns brown.

Step 2 : Cook the Masala (Separately)
In a separate pan saute the onion in oil(very little) till it turns little brown. Add yogurt and all other ingredients to the pan. Keep moving the items till a paste is formed.

Step 3 : Mix & Cook 
Add fish pieces to the paste and cook for few more minutes and serve hot.
