1. Chicken Gizzard (500g)
2. Butter (1/4 Cup)
3. Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Step 1 : Cook the Gizzard
Place gizzards in a saucepan with enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and cook for 1.30 hours. Drain and chop into bite size pieces.
Step 2 : Fry Gizzards in Butter
